Welcome to Wildsea AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a web design and AI automation agency headquartered in the State of Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our client portal, or engage our services.

01Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our web design and automation services. Specifically:

  • Full Name & Business NameTo identify your account and the business we are building for.
  • Phone NumberFor direct communication regarding your project deliverables and support.
  • Email AddressUsed for account authentication (via Clerk), project updates, and invoicing.
  • Website URLThe URL of the website we build or manage on your behalf.
  • Login Credentials (Encrypted)Stored securely to manage your client portal access. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Subscription & Billing DataPlan tier and payment status. Full credit card details are handled exclusively by Stripe.

The No-Sell Promise

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect strictly for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To design, build, and maintain your website and any associated AI automations using the GoHighLevel platform.
  • Account Management: To create and manage your client portal account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.
  • Communication: To contact you about project updates, service changes, or respond to your inquiries.
  • Billing & Invoicing: To process payments and maintain accurate financial records as required by law.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable federal and Missouri state statutes, regulations, and legal processes.

03Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business. Your data may be shared with these providers only as necessary to perform their designated function:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Financial transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Clerk (Authentication)

User authentication is managed by Clerk. Your login session tokens, email verification, and password hashing are handled securely by Clerk's infrastructure.

Supabase (Database Hosting)

Client profile data (name, phone, URL) is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

GoHighLevel (Website Building)

We use GoHighLevel as our primary platform for building and hosting client websites and CRM automations. GoHighLevel processes data according to its own privacy policy.

04Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Active Client Data: Retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 90 days following termination of services.
  • Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of 3 years to comply with IRS and Missouri Department of Revenue requirements.
  • Deleted Accounts: Upon request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 business days, subject to the financial record retention requirement above.

05Governing Law & Data Security

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Data Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including: encrypted database storage (AES-256 at rest), TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, Clerk-managed authentication with hashed passwords, and role-based access controls within our client portal.

Disclaimer: While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information.

06Your Rights Under Missouri Law

Under the Missouri Consumer Privacy Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. §§ 407.1500) and applicable federal law, you have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You may request a summary of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request permanent removal of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data via the Client Portal Settings page or by contacting us.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt.

07Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
